8th Grade and ASB went to Olympia on Tuesday to tour our state Capitol.

The ACH Middle School ASB did a great job planning our Martin Luther King Jr. assembly today. We had both middle school and elementary students speak during the assembly as well. Great job everyone!

MS Boys Basketball Update! Power is on in Almira! Regular practice today, 12/18. There will also be an optional practice tomorrow, 12/19, immediately after school. Bus will leave at 2:30 after the Friday practice.

Update:

Power is back on and school will be held here in Almira starting at 10:25. Doors will open at 10:05. Bus routes will remain the same. Students down in Coulee City will get bussed to Almira.

Good morning ACH communities. Today, Thursday December 18th will be a two hour late start due to ongoing power outages in Almira. Our plan is to have school in Coulee City for the day. If our power status changes we will send another update as soon as possible.

Middle school students who usually ride the bus from Coulee City to Almira in the morning will be picked up on their regular late start route with other Coulee-Hartline Elementary and ACH High School students and then wait for their classmates to arrive at ACH HS. Middle School walkers that live in Coulee City can arrive at the high school between 10:15-10:30. Route buses and students in Almira will arrive at school in Almira between 10:05-10:25. We will then take buses to Coulee City for the school day and return back to Almira by 3:10. High school students' late start bus routes will remain the same for a late start (2 hours later than their normal scheduled pickup time). There will be no preschool and no breakfast.
