Welcome to Almira School District



    Announcement of Vacancy

    The Almira School District Board of Directors is accepting applications from interested patrons to fill the School Board Position #2, vacated by Bryce McCleary. Applicants must be registered voters and reside within the Boundaries of Director District #2. Maps and descriptions of the district boundaries are available at Almira School District Office or at Interested patrons should submit a letter of interest to the Almira School District by January 18th.

    This letter should include a brief biographical sketch as well as a statement about their interest in becoming a board member. The board will interview candidates at the January 22nd Board meeting and select a candidate at the conclusion of the meeting after an executive session. The appointed candidate will be sworn in at the February regular Board Meeting.
